My first comment on Sub stack. We all got to start somewhere, right? The photo: I recognize the bridge. I was there when they built it. And yes, I worked around water (past tense). Retired now.
The comments section wouldn’t allow it but I would have given you a better photo of Hoover Dam.
Thanks for your comment, Dave. Yes, I was there with my son last in 2013. I have some other good photos I will put up sometime soon. I also have film from 1967. What kind of water work did you do?
I was involved in several different things. A minor employee engaged in field work mostly. Think of that ‘guy’ that literally worked on the river, the infrastructure and the field. It needed to be measured, recorded and distributed. I was in that process.
You probably have a passion about water from your perspective. Right? I obtained my passion by working with water directly. In my case 25 years worth.
Just here to hear different perspectives and opinions. As I don’t work anymore, I have the gift of time to listen and learn.
